Here is a great Recipe from Tone it Up for Protein Pancakes...remember you should be eating protein at every meal.
Protein Pancakes! Low carb, low fat & delicious! (This recipe is part of the Tone It Up Nutrition System!) They are easy to make and all you need is about 5 minutes! Protein Pancake Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (organic rice protein or whey)
- 1/2 banana (mashed)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbs flaxseed
- Add a handful of fresh or frozen blueberries after the above ingredients are mixed together.
